INTRO
Dear Wine Lovers,
With great pleasure, I have created this wine list, keeping in mind the various concepts like our eco-system, diversity, versatile varietals, women wine makers, terroir & our vast and varied cuisines. I am very excited and delighted to present the 59+ featured wines in different styles which include vin-du-jour which are award winning wines, verticals, sommelier’s pick of the month, sommelier’s flight, summer specials and a great selection of half bottles. With this wine list, I wanted to ensure that we achieve the following goals:-
- More information & not intimidation.
- Eco-conscious and women driven.
- Look beyond the box.
Have fun and help save lives.
$1 from every wine bottle is donated to Breast Cancer Connections.
- Fun wines paired with festive food equals bliss.
- Achieve both ends of the spectrum – great prices & great wines.
Please ask for assistance to select your perfect wine. I wish you a truly delightfully delicious experience.
Cheers with passion,
Nirupama Srivastava, Certified Sommelier (Level II), Court Of Master Sommelier
Sustainability
Sustainable agriculture refers to the ability of a farm to produce food indefinitely, without causing severe or irreversible damage to ecosystem health. Two key issues are biophysical ( the long-term effects of various practices on soil properties and processes essential for crop productivity) and socio-economic (the long term ability of farmers to obtain inputs and manage resources such as labor).
Organically Farmed
Any food that is organically grown, i.e. grown without using or applying synthetic pesticides, fungicides, inorganic fertilizers, or preservatives. BiodynamicEssentially, biodynamic farming and gardening looks upon the soil and the farm as living organisms, protecting and preserving the soil. This leads to the production of high-quality crops, which in turn means better feed for livestock and better food for human beings.
